"We had a very dirty, damp and completely unusable cellar. It was even too damp to use as storage space. Richard has converted it into a clean, inviting and very usable space, with water, drainage and heating. It is now a lovely utility room. We found Richard to be a very easy person to deal with, he provided a full written quote (which was provided promptly and was very reasonable) and he stuck to that quote. When other tradesmen were needed (eg electrician, plumber and gas fitter) he arranged these, completely managing the whole project. He was good at keeping us updated with progress. We found him to be completely trustworthy. When problems did arise/were uncovered in the build he came up with solutions and was always anxious to ensure that everything he did met with our approval."

"Richard recently completed a membrane only job for me which included a cavity drain membrane with a perimeter channel, twin sump and battery back-up. The service was excellent, no problems at all. He was here all the time until the job was finished. Had a slight issue with the pump but Richard came back straight away to sort it and never had a problem since. Thanks Richard."
